Facilities: The sound insulation is not good. When I took a nap in the hotel after checking in in the afternoon, I could clearly hear the noise of the children around me on the bed. First, there was no investment in sound insulation of the room. Of course, this is also a common feature of the Dongcheng Group. I have stayed in Dongcheng before. This problem; secondly, there will be no arrangements for row rooms. If the hotel has more vacancies, the guests can be separated further apart. Then the wifi needs to be severely criticized. The signal is very unstable, causing the TV to have no network connection twice. After restoring, the picture is still laggy! Service: As soon as I checked in, I couldn't see the mountain view marked on the room type name because the floor height was relatively low and was blocked by surrounding buildings. I called the front desk and asked, but the front desk said there was no mountain view. The so-called Ctrip room type name is just a name and has no meaning. Later, the waiter offered to upgrade for free. In fact, it was just an upgrade to one floor. The room layout is the same and the room type is the same. You can see a little bit of the mountain view, so there is no need to change rooms. The overall check-in experience is average and meets the most basic accommodation needs. The breakfast provided is also average. I will not stay in Dongcheng and Yinmo next time. I only learned superficially and did not design carefully. Many details cannot withstand scrutiny. There is no gym at all on the booking list. Most of the breakfast dishes are cold and the restaurant is also very cold.

I also don't think it's appropriate to take your money. I still adhere to the principle and give you a negative review!

Don't push out this kind of room. There is no soundproofing on the side of the road. Check-in on the same day and check-out on the same day. The price is not cheap in Guilin. Don't do any cheating things.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel, and I have 3 issues to complain about. 1. At least the price of booking with Ctrip is around 280 yuan. Today’s third booking suddenly became 384 yuan, and booking with another new account only cost 277 yuan. This problem comes from the big data problem of eating regular customers. I hope everyone will not be fooled. 2. The bathroom drainage in this room could not be drained out. My feet were completely soaked in the water after taking a bath. The floor drain smelled very bad. 3. The toiletries cannot be squeezed out at all, and the lid needs to be unscrewed before use. In summary, this experience was extremely poor! !

The rooftop on the upper floor of the hotel is really beautiful. The clear pool water and the blue sky make it easy to take beautiful views. Recently, I have lived here in Guilin several times. The rooms are spacious and decorated with Guangxi characteristics. Downstairs is the shopping mall for eating and shopping. Very convenient, love it so much! give it a like!

The hotel introduced by a colleague on a business trip, I heard that the price is very good before, and it was really good this time, the room decoration is very high-end, the staff are also very enthusiastic, the breakfast is buffet, there are many types, anyway, I like it very much!

春節期間來住的，價格很划算。從大堂進來佈置就很有春節氣息，看起來很喜慶。辦入住很快也很熱情。進到房間真是被驚艷到了，從來沒有住過房間這麼大的房間，60平方真的沒有虛假宣傳。設施設備齊全並且空間還很寬敞，完全不壓抑。值得來住！
