It's a rip-off! I booked a room for 328, which showed that I could check out before 14:00. Because my schedule changed, I cancelled the room for the next day, so I checked out around 17:30 that day. I was overstaying for more than 3 hours, and the front desk asked me to pay 200 yuan for the overtime fee (they said that this is how they charge for hourly rooms). . Isn't this a rip-off? In the end, after a long stalemate, they agreed to let me pay 164. After I left, I thought more and more that something was wrong. I asked other hotels and found that the overtime was paid at 25-40 per hour. Some hotels even agreed to extend the check-out time for free in the future. Is this actually the practice of a five-star hotel? Maybe they think I'm easy to bully because I'm the only one. I won't come to this hotel again next time I go to Guilin! Since 2019, I have stayed here every time I come to Guilin, and I am quite satisfied with the overall feeling. The hygiene, furnishings and services are all good. The location is excellent, very close to Wanda and other places, and you can take a walk if you are not in a hurry

The overall service of the hotel is very good, our needs can be responded to in a timely manner, and the working attitude of the hotel staff is also very good. It is clean and hygienic, and there is no odor in the room and public area. The swimming pool was not open during the May Day holiday, and the breakfast was average compared to similar hotels, but everything else was very good.

The service is ok. Maybe the house is old, so the bathroom smelled bad when I first checked in. I finally changed the room, but the smell was still there in the middle of the night!

The only thing is that the resolution of the TV is really too low, but it is mainly because I don't have much time to watch TV at night when traveling~ Overall very satisfied

The parent-child travel room is a twin room put together, which is much larger than a large bed. There is a bathtub with a disposable bath belt and a baby swimsuit for bathing and playing in the water every night. The room is quite large with windows and soundproof. Because it is not particularly downtown, it is relatively quiet. It is very convenient to travel within a 15-minute to half-hour travel circle. Children's Playground: The most important thing is that there is a children's playground, which is very suitable for preschool children to free their hands and save dozens of yuan every day. Because the number of people in the room was changed temporarily, the family room booked early was changed to a twin bed without breakfast. I asked the customer service if I could give breakfast for free. They gave breakfast for three nights very quickly, saving hundreds of yuan. I must praise this service. The overall travel experience is good. It's OK.
