The staff was friendly. The cleanliness was good. The location was awesome. Loved the stay in the middle of mountains and in the lakefront.

This hotel is amazing, especially for Europeans and American tourists. We’ve never been hosted in China with such warm and attention. Almost every member of the staff speaks English and is devoted to your needs. I will definitely come back for my next trip to Guilin. The location is ideal and the views from the rooms are incredible !

待客熱情，提前開好空調，小姐姐幫忙把行李搬上樓，風景優美，有山有湖環境好，空氣清新，安靜，早餐是阿姨自已煮的，很豐盛，尤其是桂林米粉好吃

能在國慶期間入住滿意的酒店實在不容易，價格也沒有説因為假期漲的很誇張，出行也挺方便的。是來桂林住的最舒服的酒店，小姐姐非常熱情服務周到，酒店早餐有當地特色，桂林米粉，野生小蘋果百香果等等～總之假期能旅行又睡舒服的覺真是太滿意👍🏼（酒店還可以幫忙報團龍脊梯田，到酒店門口接送，非常棒）另外小姐姐還給升級了山景大床房，簡直了！愉快的結束整個假期！

十一期間出行，選了好久選到這，環境安靜，離蘆笛巖特別近，早餐雖然簡單，但是豐富，牛奶 水果 雞蛋 粥，基本都有，特別要提下店家的桂林米粉，是我這幾天吃過的最好吃的桂林米粉，家裡的味道！如果有機會為了這碗桂林米粉還會再次來，臨走還送了伴手禮，服務特別好

住得挺開心的，服務也好，還免費為我們升級了房間，有大大的落地窗，還有它們家的蒜香排骨很絕，走之前還特意吃了一頓，下次如果有機會去桂林，還會住它們家。以下是民宿一樓的照片，環境挺好的。

環境非常nice！！！就在蘆笛巖附近哦～很方便！小姐姐非常温柔～會推薦好玩的好吃的，還會帶着我們去餐廳～貼心服務～拉開窗簾就能看見山！好piu亮！接機師傅也非常負責準時～家人們快沖！！！
