This is the most speechless hotel room for me. It was originally a twin room but was converted into a three-bed room. There is only one step at the door. The bathroom is so small that it’s so crowded that there’s no door. There’s just a curtain. You can see people’s feet when you go to the bathroom. The receptionist at the hotel is also very cold and makes you feel bad. It’s like you paid money to stay in the hotel and still owe it. I really wanted to scold the front desk for millions of times. I called the front desk but didn't answer the phone and hung up. I went downstairs and saw someone at the front desk. They deliberately didn't answer the phone. I was so angry. I think the front desk is the face of the hotel. Your service attitude at the front desk directly affects it. Regarding the guest's check-in experience (I am a person who pays special attention to details and may be a bit tricky, but I believe that anyone who encounters such a service attitude at the front desk will be angry). Moreover, I had to communicate for a long time to get a bottle of water and ask me if I could renew my room. I didn't even refund the bottle of water, it seemed like I was taking a huge advantage. I've stayed in so many hotels, and there's never been such a fuss over getting a bottle of water. If the hotel stipulates that each guest can only get one bottle of water after checking in, then I have nothing to say. In the end, it didn’t say at all that I spent money to stay in the hotel.
