overall our stay was really good environment was pretty comfy, staff was very professional best thing was reception staff as they contacted us even before our arrival if we need anything special like we needed parking place and it was arranged immediately.

We have stayed here many times. Don’t let the low prices fool you. This is a very nice hotel with big rooms and comfortable beds.

Very good hotel, good place to be in, as it is not in a crowded place. Approach to various scenic spots are very much easily accessible. Good and cooperative staff with very good facilities provided. Strongly recommended.

前台非常有禮貌，房間非常乾淨，客服部非常好，準備了這裡出名的桂花糖水，還送早餐，吃早餐的服務員也非常有禮貌，煮麵的師傅也非常有禮貌！孩子非常喜歡這個房間，下次還過來桂林還要住戴斯

酒店位置交通便利，房間乾淨舒適，所有設施齊備，安靜隔音好，不臨街的房間更安靜。從經理到前台到保安大哥都服務主動周到熱情，早餐品種多樣，價格很接地氣，絕對不虧。酒店花很多心思在細節打造上，四星級有這個品質的服務我很少見。大家關心的我都説了，我續住了一晚，想看細緻點評可以點我看另外一篇點評。

很少寫評價，但是這家的服務確實值得稱讚！
入住前會提前打電話，雖然我沒接到。
辦理入住，前台小姐姐考慮到我們帶兩個娃，主動給我們升級房間換成親子房，這樣大人孩子也能睡的好點，很貼心。
兩位客房服務人員（小盤、小斯）也很暖心，給我們手寫留言，我女兒都説這家酒店的服務好好哦。包括中間打客房服務電話諮詢，態度都很好。所以，服務滿分！
再説酒店，地段屬於中心地段，到七星景區或者象鼻山公園這些地方都很近，我們都是公交或者租電動車出行，很方便。在房間能看遠景，下雨天呆房間休息一下也不錯。
酒店設施不算新，但收拾的乾淨，而且他們酒店送外賣有機器人送到房間，電梯也是刷卡才能上，比較安全。整體體驗感比之前定的陽朔民宿好很多，陽朔的房價是這邊的兩倍多。對比之下，不會再想去陽朔，反而桂林會再考慮。
