房間一般哦，沒有一次性拖鞋，酒店的浴室拖鞋看着也不是很乾凈。沒有樓梯。隔音效果一般。這些都算了。主要是這個床，聲音真的很大，坐下去發出聲音，翻一個身發出聲音，睡覺都睡不好。主要是因為要考試所以訂了這家，而且價格也貴，沒啥性價比。建議大家來廣州工業大學考試的可以再稍微遠一點的地方訂酒店。這邊去廣東工業大學東門騎單車也要10幾分鐘，打車會比較快6分鐘左右。

位置就在南亭大街，比較好找，在路邊不需要走小巷子。
房間比較簡陋，設施簡單。
衞生還行，但是蚊子很大衹。

#好評#對安全性，走廊隔音，隔音，床品舒適度，鄰近餐廳，位置滿意；原本订的是左Xx公寓，**的说4.8分，去到现场恶劣程度令人发指，马上协商退房，然后订这家，容易找环境很好，希望能带个小运气，今天考试的都够合格。

酒店前台比較容易找到，是一個小門店。上樓需要走幾段樓梯，有燈，但是沒亮的時候有一點黑（這不廢話），監控還是比較多。
房間大還是挺大，酒店床有點聲音。
