best for canton fair buyer , everything is good, even washer dryer include in room ! but u hav to prepare a deposit payment before check in

Have had several stays at Estay, you will not find better location when attending Fairs at Pazhou complex. Rooms are clean and spacious, Dinner options are abundant in the lower level underground food court and you are in walking distance of any of the fair halls. Will Come back for sure

The only good thing is the location. The room felt like it has been empty for a while, and can feel the dust on desk and floor. Some drawers weren't lined up so can't close probably. I found a couple of cockroaches on 1st night and must have killed more than 10 on 2nd day. These cockroaches started to make their way to the bed on 3rd night. I had to put any food packaging in fridge so it didn't attract more! It's a self service apartment that comes with a hob and microwave, but no cookware is provided. The cleaner only replenished water bottles, towels, made up the bed and collected rubbish, didn't hoover the floor or mop the table. I didn't complain to the staff or request to change the room. Because this was during Canton Fair, I didn't expect there would be vacancies and also I didn't believe that my room is the only one infested. It was an utterly unpleasant experience!

I stayed here for 12 nights. It was a holiday and all the office buildings around it were closed, so it was very quiet. There is a mall 500 meters next to it. On weekdays, there are many small restaurants, convenience stores and cafes underground, which can meet your basic needs. There is a subway station within one stop. Two larger malls. The Pazhou Police Station is right next to the river on the first floor, so you feel very safe. There is also a security guard on the first floor, access cards are used to enter the elevator, and the apartment front desk is also on the first floor. There is no need to live in a general apartment and be completely self-catered. If you have any needs, please tell me on WeChat and they will be solved quickly. There are takeout cabinets for takeout, and you can’t go upstairs. You can imagine how crowded and lively it is during the Canton Fair.

The room is relatively large, has a kitchen and a washing machine, and the environment is very good. It is recommended to stay on a high floor for a good view. You need to pay a deposit of 300 when checking in. Many hotels now don't charge deposits. This is a bit annoying. After checking out, the deposit was returned to me around three o'clock in the afternoon. The toiletries and bedding in the room are okay, the price/performance ratio is relatively high, and the night view outside is good (＾ω＾)👍🏻There is a convenience store downstairs, which is more convenient for shopping!
