We booked a deluxe suite with a mountain in front of the lake, but the hotel's rooms are far from the lake, and only one panoramic suite is close to the lake. This is actually quite annoying for us who came to this hotel for the first time, but Sien at the front desk also tried her best to make arrangements and provide good service, which I am very satisfied with and praise! The overall hardware facilities of the hotel are good, mainly the artificial lake formed by the Dajinzhong Reservoir is quite distinctive and the environment is quiet. But it should also be mentioned that the gym is very small and there is no indoor swimming pool. The overall service of the hotel is good, but there is one situation that must be mentioned. In the Chinese restaurant and afternoon tea, the Chinese restaurant closes at 14:00. We came to the Chinese restaurant at 13:10, and were told by the front desk that they would not send numbers. What I saw was that the front desk had the final say on whether to send numbers (in fact, there were vacancies after two minutes, and other waiters also asked us to sit down). I think the front desk has too much authority. I think you should at least ask the manager whether to issue a number or not? To be honest, the food in the Chinese restaurant is also a matter of opinion. To be honest, there is nothing outstanding about it. There is no cost-effectiveness at all. It's just a dining environment (as shown in the picture, a warm reminder, 3 small crispy barbecue pork buns are 68 yuan). Overall satisfied, I will bring my mother to visit next time.

The hotel housekeeper Sien provided excellent service, showing excellent service attitude and professional skills from reception to check-in. Mingquanju has a beautiful environment, clean and tidy rooms, good service attitude and answers to all questions, and their food tastes great! Especially Sien had communicated with us before we arrived and asked us what we wanted for the room. She did her job well and deserves praise! The Secret Hotel at the foot of Baiyun Mountain is a treasure. The environment is very comfortable, the details are in place, and the service is thoughtful. The hotel is next to the Dajinzhong Reservoir. You can walk around the lake to absorb negative ions. When it rained, I returned to the room to drink tea and chat. I called room service several times. The waiter's attitude was very good (much better than the Condé Nast hotel I stayed in last week!). The Chinese restaurant tastes good and is the first choice for lazy people. I saw that the 520 set meal at the next table was so rich! ! ! The breakfast buffet has a rich variety. I didn't have afternoon tea because I didn't make an appoin**ent in advance. I will try it next time. The swimming pool is beautiful but it is under maintenance and cannot be experienced. It's a pity for this trip. There are several check-in points in the hotel, 👍
