和家是機酒的合作酒店，酒店在一棟大型民樓的四和五樓，有電梯可達，房間較大，乾淨，整體感覺很舒服，較易入睡，刷牙洗臉有熱水和冷水兩種 酒店的接送機服務也很不錯，有叫醒服務，周邊環境一般，作為趕早班機的酒店很不錯的。

一晚上沒睡。被子濕涼，床單很臟，可能這兩天廣州比較冷，給前台打電話要換一個被子，她説都一樣，我也是無語了，大半夜也不能再出去訂酒店，很難忘的一次經歷

有接送車也太棒了，我們趕6:30的飛機，每一個小時都有一趟送機， 我們入住的當天從市區坐地鐵到達機場站，然後他們就可以把我們接到酒店。 床品衞生很乾凈，這個價格很值得了，房間裏面東西也很全面，設備也都挺好的，吹風機也不傷頭髮，服務也不錯；

酒店位置很好，離廣州白雲機場距離很近，出行非常方便，接站的司機師傅服務態度很好，我們到酒店的時間比較晚了，服務人員的態度還是非常熱情，房間環境也是出乎意料的不錯，這個價格也滿意

晚上到的機場也有接機，接機司機師傅很好，還幫忙拿行李 酒店房間也不錯，打掃的很用心乾淨衞生，周邊環境也不錯滿舒服的，這個酒店的服務啊設施啊都很滿意，性價比很高
