The accommodation experience was very good. The waiters were very polite and enthusiastic. If you need toiletries, just call and they will be delivered immediately. The room was also very clean and tidy.

The hotel service is very poor. The staff and the store manager are arrogant and shirk responsibility when asked. There are blood spots on the bed sheets and quilts. When I reported it to the front desk, the front desk and the store manager said it was mosquito blood. What do the majority of travelers think? Isn't it a bit funny? Bad review, bad review.
