The most luxurious hotel. The service is excellent, the receptionist Mint小姐，is very beautiful, with a professional and attentive attitude, giving me a feeling of being at home. My room on the 94th floor is very spacious, especially the bathroom and shower room, which are very comfortable and luxurious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view. The bar on the 99th floor is a great place to enjoy the night view with a glass of alcoholic beverage by the window. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 69th floor are impressive; it's my first time swimming at such a high level, giving me a sensation of swimming above the clouds. Breakfast is a must-try on the 72nd floor, with a wide selection of delicious dishes and nice morning sunrise. This hotel is worth coming back to for another stay.

Everything was great except the hotel is already showing its age. Also somehow me and my wife found the bed to be really uncomfortable and was not able to get a good night sleep in it. TV was also broken.

I felt their service attitude even before I checked in, especially Alex from the concierge department. He contacted me in advance to see if I needed to be picked up. He upgraded the room directly after I checked in. Then the shuttle bus guy took us around the hotel. The guy at the swimming pool carefully helped the children get water and towels... Later, when the flight was delayed, he was also very nice to help me check out later. There was service everywhere, and the hotel was super beautiful, very photogenic, and the room was large, with a super high cost performance! I have stayed at Park Hyatt and Conrad in Guangzhou before, and this one is the best!

During my stay at the Ritz Carlton, I was deeply impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. However, I would not recommend the afternoon tea at the hotel. I noticed that several flies were buzzing around my tea set. I gonna say that was horrifying.

Every staff member in the hotel provides us with hospitality. Especially this lady He Shan,she really assist us so much & recommended us places for food.👍 👍 👍 If I ever come here to Guangzhou, this hotel is my first choice!

This hotel was in a mostly convenient location. Our window faced Canton Tower and river. That was really beautiful at night time. The hotel is just a bit old and outdated . The TV didn’t really work well and the toilet made noise all night . I did enjoy my stay but not sure I’d stay again. However, the staff was quite pleasant. Especially the door men. The amenities are nice but I was told I have to put a swimming cap on to use the pool which was a bit off putting. So I didnt use it. Nice park and walking area surrounding the hotel as well. I’d recommend this hotel for maybe an older crowd like for if my Grandma were to go on this trip with me.

When I entered the hotel, the waiter greeted me politely and helped me carry my suitcase. Because I had a lot of luggage, I also took the initiative to hand me a bottle of water because I happened to be thirsty. These actions were very heartwarming and my service attitude really impressed me, because I came here early and was a bit tired. The room was not ready for check-in yet. The front desk staff took the initiative to upgrade me to a room type (zero-pressure room). After checking in, the staff helped me carry my suitcase and sent me to the room. The room was clean and hygienic. There is no odor, the zero-pressure bed is very comfortable to sleep on, and the room layout and equipment are quite new. There are nearly 30 types of breakfast, including boiled, steamed, fried, stir-fried, and hot milk and freshly ground soy milk, all suitable for my taste buds. The hotel has a strategic location, convenient transportation, and rich surrounding attractions and commercial facilities, providing us with a convenient travel experience. We will come back if necessary in the future.

Great location, it's five minutes walk from the Russian and American consulates, also the bar street is just 2 minutes away. It's super cheap comparing with other offers around this area. They also provide some breakfast every morning. The only disadvantage there is that the rooms was a bit dirty and drain didn't work well. But that else you can expect for 150 in the city center...

Coming for Canton Fair, distance from hotel to canton fair not far and only took less than 30mins. Nearby GuangZhou tower. Hotel staff is friendly and guide you everything if you are unclear. Warmest part is they even invite you to add their wechat and you may consult 7/24 with them. Hotel is clean, cozy and spacious. Order food delivery and reachable at doorstep before 10pm. Definitely recommended.

A plastic tower with colored lights for 8 yuan is much more cost-effective than souvenir shops (do not look at the price, please ignore the pursuit of quality) Most of the day, I play outside, and go back to the room at night to order takeout to see the tower view. It is perfect and very suitable for parent-child travel. The tower view is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the room is comfortable. In summary, I think the price is super high.

The front desk is very welcoming and the service is attentive. This is a very nice hotel to visit near Canton Tower.
