首先突然晚上突然有人開門進來，我無所謂 這要是個女孩咋辦，其次衞生間浴室門碎掉的 雖然打掃過 萬一踩到玻璃渣子怎麼辦 然後就是空調不知道為什麼打不開 （已經顯示運行了）。最後想想還是告訴了前台 就告知一下。最後也沒啥反應 （空調沒告知前台）

房間還可以，但是這個天有蚊子，沒有電蚊香。寶寶臉上被叮了個大包。 本來像開電視聽聽聲音的，但看什麼都要收費，這點很不好，點擊基本上看不了。早餐東西也不多，我們8點多來吃的，很多都是空的了，所以也沒什麼吃的。總體感覺不是很好

外面天氣20多度，房間開空調衹有暖風？！****吧，反映了情況，説一體控制，衹能暖風，叫我關了空調，開窗户？我一晚近200的費用，沒空調？反映兩次，都同一口徑！不解決問題，衹會讓客户克服一下，去調下機器，這麼困難嗎？垃圾酒店！

環境很不錯，還有洗衣房，連住了兩天，清潔衞生的阿姨還很貼心幫忙整理整齊洗漱台的化粧品擺放，性價比高！

還好，就是下面停車麻煩了一些。當時工作人員也沒跟我們説清楚，衹説地下室可以停車，可是許多掛着的牌子上面寫的都是私人停車位，車子在下面轉來轉去找了半天。重新問了服務員才找到停車的地方。

以下為給店長的留言，
其一，昨天開房，給我們開了一間13樓窗户樓梯位置的房間，我們馬上問了前台説要換房，前台説套房都是這樣的位置，一直到我們説我們換標房要求你們退差價，才説能換到1221房間
其二，電話裏我提過，晚上要求加被子，前台迴應沒有，要求加枕頭説是去問了，沒有下文
其三，早餐8.48分下樓吃的，白煮蛋都沒了，詢問再煮一份，最後一家子三個人衹能喝粥，9.32分白煮蛋才出來，給小朋友拿了一個就出發了
其四，下樓的時候，客房電梯唯一的一部梯內全是煙味，前台告知你們前台區域是禁煙區，電梯和前台區域分開的話，如果客人從停車場上來你們也沒辦法
以上四點僅為一晚上出現的問題，我不知道以什麼理由不寫這個差評，從前台到客房服務，到食堂，到管理，任何一家酒店任何一點都值得給個一星
