Never really got to experience the hotel due to sudden sickness in our family. Therefore had to leave first day after check-in. But we really enjoyed the breakfast and great location. Furthermore we only have good things to say about the staff working there. Especially Sarah, Front desk manager I assume. Whatever this girl is getting, double that salary. Thank you, Sarah. You are one of a kind 🙏

We ordered food 20:10 and now 21:33 we were told they are going to check what is happening in the kitchen. No mentioning of compensation for waiting. We have got no excuses. This trea**ent is incredibly bad. Two of us four got our hamburgers one hour ago. The meat tasted like something bought from the freezer at a grocery store.

Unfortunately, the selection at the evening buffet is not satisfactory. Few German-speaking staff at reception. Few garage parking spaces, no charging option directly at the hotel.

We really enjoyed the hotel. I was in Grömitz with two friends for a few relaxing days. The service in the hotel was very pleasant, the breakfast buffet and the coffee and cake in the afternoon were very plentiful.

First of all, the breakfast and the evening buffet are OK. However, the food is served for a long time and therefore the quality is not that good. Better organization would improve a lot. Otherwise, absolutely low budget for a lot of money. No mini bar. No coffee machine in the room. No cosmetics. No telephone. Very clear. In comparison to other offers, Aja is bad and expensive. The worst thing is the coffee machine at reception is broken and there is no alternative for early risers. That is sad 😞
