Homewood Suites by Hilton Greenville

I arrived late at the hotel circa 9.30pm, the reception looked excellent and the room was new, clean and very modern. I managed to turn the fan off which was controlled by a thermostat on the wall however there was another seperate air system which was exceptionally noisy and blowing constant air into the room. The fridge freezer which is enclosed in the room was also very noisy. I actually went down to the reception to ask if the air system could be turned off and was informed by the receptionist that she thinks it does. It did’nt and in an effort to get to sleep I ended up having to put my apple ear pods in to try and mute the noise of the air system but had to remove these after a few hours as they were uncomfortable. I had a total nightmare of a stay hardly got any sleep and informed the reception on arrival and received a sorry. I suggested that someone from the hotel have a trial stay in my room for a night so they could experience the noise as they needed to do something about it. From a promising arrival and excellent first opinion of the hotel unless they resolve they resolve the issues with the fans I would never stay here again.

This hotel is brand new and decorated modern. The hotel and lobby area are kept clean. The rooms are quiet and they have a delicious breakfast.

I’m on the road often for works and homewood suites is always home away from home. The actual room and front desk service was 10/10. The front desk support was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and immediately ready. Now the restaurant bar was a solid 6/10. The bartender was friendly the drinks were great. In my opinion a little over priced for the area but that’s common for hotel bars. The food was not good. I was told there was an actual grill in the back but based on the temp, taste and texture of the food it seem microwaved. To be clear I would still recommend the hotel and bar just not the food.

The staff was extremely pleasant to talk with and hotel was spotless Even though it was fairly new you could tell it was still very well taken care of

Check in and out were super quick and easy. Staff was absolutely friendly from the desk to cleaning services. Our room was very spacious and clean. My family was comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Would love to visit again in the future.

Great lodging in Greenville. The best - new facility and outstanding staff with service and comfort in mind. Beautiful and well appointed rooms. Will be back.

Really clean room, bed super comfy and shower amazing. We had a king suite snd it really was sweet. The room was spacious. The only ‘complaint’ I may have is closing the door while on the comode. Not enough space. Breakfast was typical but good enough. Would stay there again for sure

Management lacked in customer service. We arrived 30 minutes prior to check in and the manager was not able to give us access to our room. We had contacted the hotel earlier trying to confirm an early check-in and the phone call was disconnected numerous times. Upon arrival the manager refused to accommodate us in any way.
