Casual motel with a "retro meets IKEA" flair. Comfy memory foam, queen-size bed with soft sheets. Basic amenities like Wifi, dorm size fridge and wall-mounted flat screen. Black and white tile bathroom with a low-step shower and fluffy towels. Outdoor seating to hang out on. Along Business Hwy 85/8th Ave on the north side of Greeley but not noisy. Not much up there but you're close to downtown Greeley or the Island Grove Park (and fairgrounds).

The manager max is awesome! Stayed here almost 3 weeks with 0 complaints. The rooms are updated modern/chic style and super cute! There’s an awesome food truck right across the street and it’s a quiet area for the most part! I would recommend Rainbow motel to family and friends and I definitely plan on returning!

I travelled to Greeley for work and stayed at Rainbow Motel and had a delightful experience. The mattress was very comfortable, there was a cute pink robe for the shower that was very useful. There were a lot of amenities- a mini fridge, a coffeemaker, hangers for my clothes so that they didn't get wrinkled, a shower cap, the tv had netflix, there was makeup remover in the bathroom along with nice shampoo body wash. On top of that- the room was well done and made me feel at home.

We thought we'd give this motel a chance. It looks like it's been remodeled recently and the photos are cute. It's a complete disaster. Unpatched holes in the walls, dusty surfaces, stained shower curtan, mini refrigerator was extremely loud as was the heater, and the cold water knob in the shower was broken. It was stripped so you had to take a scalding hot shower or spend 5 minutes trying to turn off the cold water. We're sensitive to cigarette smoke. Though our room is non-smoking, the towels provided were stored in a place that has smokers. Took me back to 1985 when my best friend's parents smoked in the house and EVERYTHING smelled. I would not recommend. Do yourself a favor, find another place to stay.

The cold water valve in the shower is completely stripped. I had to wrestle with it just turn it on and it took me 5 minutes to try to turn it off. The hotel clerk mentioned that it was “finicky” but “broken” would be more accurate. Towels smelled like smoke. The walls were stained and filthy. The decorative shower curtain was placed inside the tub to conceal the yellow stains. The refrigerator and the heater were so loud - between them, it was difficult to sleep. Parking spots were covered in 3 inches of ice. In my opinion, just spend the extra $50 to stay anywhere else.

Check in was easy. Nice staff. Rooms smelled like smoke and there were stains on the bedding. I was approached in the parking lot by a homeless man. Area was not a great area to stay solo.

Cute concept. Retro doesn't have to equal bad. Manager rarely present. No new towels or room cleanup for 2nd day. Price does not justify what you get. 2 outlets in entire room. None in bathroom. No place to put anything. Heating is via room AC unit. Noisy. Street noise and light not filtered from room
