No hot wate for shower at 8:00 am. Tried again 10 mins later - still no hot water. Nothing the front desk could do but agree that a cold shower is not good!

I like the newness of the property and hope it remains - clean, safe, and modern amenities. I have stayed at this property twice and the first time was absolutely perfect. The second time was agitating. On the second stay the first room I was assigned had absolutely dirty bathroom floor
And then when reassigned the next room looked like it was already in use.

Hotel is modern and looks relatively new, but the cleaning of the rooms is very substandard. Walls and tables not wiped down, hair in shower, soap dispenser empty, stains on bed comforter. Was told by front desk would bring soap to my room, but i had to end up finding a housekeeper in the hallway after waitng for 45 minutes. Could be a really nice property with greater attention to detail.

Very clean, modern facility. Rooms were spartan in tend of decor / furnishings but we had all we needed for a one night’s stay. If you want a hot breakfast plan on going out to eat , but the coffee was exceptional for hotel. My biggest “complaint” and reason for a 4 star instead of 5 rating was hire long it took for the hot water to come up in the shower! I had given up and forced myself into the cold shower for a quick rinse before it finally got warm enough to be comfortable. Otherwise the staff wars great, the room clean, the hvac reasonably quiet and the coffee exceptional. We will stay here again.

Service and facilities were fine but our room needed a good deep cleaning. Linens were stained. Bathroom needed a good scrubbing. Very disappointed.

We had an issue with the tv, the front desk person immediately came to our room and took care of it. The gentleman on duty was extremely helpful. Highly recommend this location!

Stayed just one night but wish we could have stayed a couple more. Clean, comfortable, modern style and great breakfast choices. Coffee beans are fresh ground and coffee is excellent.

Very comfortable. Clean, quiet, decent price. Breakfast was nothing to brag about but overall, a good value.
