Premier Inn Gravesend Central

When we went there is because we had a power cut in the storm and feeling very cold. Then to be allocated a COLD room was very annoying. Second room was warmer, but gets colder and colder over time and needed to keep pressing thermostat to keep temperature up . Also very disappointed the shower gel was almost empty and staff not noticed it. Was too late and too tired with the cold to complain by then. Not having a phone in the room to call reception does not help. Oh, and mattress was so soft too, keeps rolling into each other through the night

Overall we were pleasantly surprised with our stay since it was our first time staying at this hotel chain. The location was convenient being right next to the A2, yet still peaceful inside our hotel. The room was very large, the customer service was great and the value for money was so much better than the more established chains. There’s also an independent coffee stand just a short walk from the hotel. It’s called grounded coffee and we recommend a visit. A highly recommended hotel.

The location of the hotel is relatively quiet, the neighborhood is a residential area, the room is clean, the family room is comfortable, the bathroom is large, the standard room can not add an extra bed, the room is medium, the morning is okay, the English style is cooked to order. It’s a 15-minute drive to the center of Gravesend. There is a good family home. The buffet is 16.9 pounds per person and fried on the spot. Free parking

Looking at some of these reviews it would put you off staying. HOWEVER it done us the turn. Room was clean, walls were a bit thin but that's not a problem. Bed was really comfy and the pillows were soft. Bathroom was dated but it was clean. I've stayed in far worse places and it done the trick for the night. Might be different at weekends but can't say we had any problems at all. Staff were welcoming as well
