The location is convenient, and there is a pharmacy next to it that is open until the evening, and it is also very convenient for temporary needs. There are also many restaurants nearby. Although the room is a bit smaller, the overall environment is tidy and comfortable. It’s not far from the bus stop and close to shopping.

Hotel location is good, the side is the monastery, there is no parking space to stop the paid parking lot, 20 euros a day, we are four hours a day, receiving 28 euros. The room is OK, breakfast is average but no problem. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the Old Town and the Cathedral, 9.5 Euros (10 minutes) to the Alhambra, and a 40-minute walk (the mountain road is not easy). It is said that you can take the bus.

The first room was badly smelled in the bathroom and put us next to a family of incivics who left us unsleeved. The next day we had the air and we asked for room change for the bad neighbors we had. We were changed without problems and with much friendliness. No mini-fridge. Good location. Great features is not bad for the price.

I came here several times in the past five years but I was happily surprised this time. The hotel has been entirely refurbished like three weeks ago and it looks completely new. Rooms size are correct and decoration is very modern. The best the B-Heaven bar which is located at the rooftop with the pool. Its location is awesome too, in downtown but avoiding crowds. Very recommendable!

First of all, when we asked her about driving in Granada’s restricted circulation area, Maria at the reception had a defensive and somewhat ”arrogant” attitude. We just wanted to know if the hotel bill or theirs could be passed. If mediation can be requested, it reaches our claim that we enter the hotel well through the mobility restricted routing loop. We just want to know if they can tell us to solve this problem, but we get a defensive attitude and ”hand washing . We appreciate the superficial cleanliness of the room and we found a used mask under the bed! It is worth mentioning that breakfast is 10 o'clock, so if they are overwhelmed, we have to queue for half an hour to get in. Workers’ general concern, except for the receptionist Maria, 10

The location of the hotel is good, there is a paid parking lot, 25 euros / day is expensive in a small city, but it is too convenient. The room can late check out till 2am which is very nice. There is a bar and coffee downstairs in the hotel, and the breakfast environment is very good. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the most lively fountain and bar area, and 25 minutes to walk across the city to the Alhambra Palace. The first two pictures are of the church outside the room window, and the fountain is right outside the small park.
