回民阿孃還是厲害 一張口就要罵客人 酒店臟的要死 床上全是那種尿洗不乾淨的 然後剛去的時候我們要退房她不讓 説換個新的床單被罩給我們 那麼臟你還往上鋪 你是想把 客人往死裏整嗎 傳染病？ 然後女生來姨媽滴幾滴咋了按金我又沒有跟你要 你張口就罵 因為我小就好欺負嗎 ？還攪沫沫 上一個給你的床尿成那樣 尿液都洗不掉你怎麼沒弄**家啊 你怎麼不破口大罵啊 你還把那個臟兮兮的床單鋪上去給另一個客人 你怎麼這麼噁心 連最基本的衞生都做不好 房間裏一股蟲子死了的味道 大冬天的暖氣也不好好燒 我衷心的勸導不要去這種賓館 什麼都差 而且那個前台阿孃才話個🐮🍺 張口就罵客人 連基本的禮貌都沒有 也或許看客人小才會欺負人吧

賓館很不錯！！超乎想象。早上9點到達格爾木，本來不打算在這邊停留的，結果本地居民都好熱心，推薦我很多必看的景點。於是隨便在客運站附近找了一家賓館，早上10點左右一位男性前台因為不能入住而對我道歉，服務態度也太好了！！！還會告訴我最快什麼時間能入住！！很感謝！！賓館衞生有待改善，被子上有一點油漬，雖然知道已經清潔過了，但還是會有點不舒服。另外雖然賓館是禁止吸煙的，但房間依然有煙味，估計是沒素質的房客留下的。我嗅覺比較敏感，有點接受不了。希望加油改善！！！！人非常好，地段也很好！！還是推薦的！

房間與描述不相符，這家的三人間都沒有窗户，或者僅衞生間有一小“窗”與外界不通氣，圖一）三樓整個樓層瀰漫著煙味，因為沒有空調實在太熱了，大家都開着門，甚至有幾個房間整晚開着。停車方便，是商鋪門口收費停車場，不貴。但可怕的是，安全出口竟被用木條釘死了（圖二）
