Premier Inn Chatham/Gillingham (Vic Pier)

We had a absolutely lovely meal Friday Night& Saturday Breakfast, the poor front of house staff, having to run the reception and the restaurant did an amazing job, special mention to Sarah who seemed to be everywhere all at once and very professional and friendly, and Les and the kitchen team who did great work with the food given our allergies and requirements(1 gluten free, 1 Dairy & gluten free, 1 unable to eat red meat and a fussy eater) All in all a 5 star effort by the staff,

Lez the chef was spectacular, great food all around. The three lovely ladies that worked there were also terrific going above and beyond to help. Have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and the staff, would definitley recomend..

Great location for near our friends but also xlose to Chatham Dockside if you wabted shopping/cinema/marina walk. Fanily room perfect forcwhat we needed abd great shower that was high enough for my 6ft 5 husband not to have to crouch! Breakfast great as always and staff are so friendly and helpful. Will definetly be staying again

A large group of us stayed here having several rooms with kids and babies. The staff very welcoming and friendly when we arrived and at breakfast the next day

We stay at Premier Inn's a lot and this was the friendliest we have ever visited. Great location for going to dockside which is a great place to visit.

Was staying in town for a nearby wedding, and we chose this hotel. We opted for a "Premier Plus" room and I think was worth the little extra charge for a slightly more comfortable room - with coffee machine, free bottled water in fridge, etc. The check-in service was good, we requested an early check-in and the manager was helpful in arranging this. Breakfast in the restaurant was good.

The good: ＞ Easy check in ＞ Very nice Chef on Sunday morning who offered things made especially and was welcoming ＞ Comfy bed (as expected) The bad: ＞ Leaking roof outside my door, dripping into a bucket all night, struggled to drown the noise out ＞ Staff didnt care / said i couldnt move rooms (which if none available i understand, but didnt seem they checked or tried anything, just a blunt no) ＞ Room was missing things listed such as coffee, water etc - when asking for these told they would be brought up and nothing appeared ＞ No parking available, and the entire area is surrounded by permit only parking - so be mindful of this if returning in the evening as struggled to find any parking nearby ＞ Towels and shower dirty in the room upon arrival, just took some fresh towels from a cart i found nearby

Another great stay at a Premier Inn Hotel - friendly helpful staff, comfy rooms and a great breakfast - what more do you need?

Friendly welcome, staff very helpful. I need to call out our chefs Martin and Janine when we had dinner Saturday night. Food was gorgeous but also our server (who was also lovely) was quite busy and I could see our food waiting to be picked up and Janine saw me and brought it over to us herself. And then Martin filled our water bottles up with icy water, exactly as we wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble and it made our evening even better than we expected! And of course, the Premier Inn beds! Always the best for good sleep:-)
