感覺不如四年前去的城崎連鎖的，衣服不如那裡好看，房間挺大，風景不錯 ，安靜的，早晚餐挺不錯的。服務也很好

初めての利用でしたが満足の宿でした。食事は規定時刻からの選択性で、最長90分（朝は60分）でしたが、バイキング形式の料理も豊富でストレスなくチョイス出来充分満足出来ました。
生憎の天気（大雨）でしたので下呂温泉街へ出向くことが出来ませんでしたが、シャトルバスで下呂駅まで行けるようです。

男湯にサウナがなく、女湯のみにサウナがある。場所の入れ替えがないので、楽しみにしていたサウナが利用できなかった。

ラウンジでコーヒーのみならず、ソフトドリンク、一部のアルコールまで飲み放題だったのはとてもよかった。
割と本格的なマッサージ機が無料で使えたのもよかったです。
残念だったのは、部屋の空調の微調節ができなかったこと、室内はリフォームされて綺麗だったが、ベランダの塗装が剥げかけていて、せっかくの景観がやや損なわれたことでしょうか。
宿泊費用は安かったので、コスパ的にはまぁまぁかなと思います。
