8 Rooms Hotel

Okay, First let me say I read the reviews. All 4 & 5s except 3 1-star reviews, all of which dealt with reservation issues, not the actual hotel. Take them away, and the average is 4.95 - very impressive! We spent 5 nights there in room 101. It wasn't perfect (we've stayed in some pretty impressive hotels), but it was definitely a Tripadvisor 5-star experience in my book. The bathroom is pretty nice, but ... The dispensers in the shower didn't work. They fixed one after the first day and gave us disposable shampoo bottles. The seal ***** on the shower door was loose. Not a big deal. The staff was most helpful, in both normal and little ways. We think this is a family operation, and they did little things, whether it was customizing breakfast or responding to requests regarding the room. The location is truly excellent. Nice city beach right across the street, and plenty of restaurants within a block or two (although the hotel's restaurant is better than any except the more high-end restaurants). Just know that the kitchen staff (also family, we think) goes home at 8:00 PM. We had their köfte (meat balls) and hamburger. They were both excellent. The hamburger (4 napkins) was probably the best I've had in Turkey in my 10 years here. All eight rooms face toward the beach and the Çanakkale Boğazı (Dardanelles). I am a very loyal Hilton Honors member, and we've stayed at the Hampton down the street twice. This was a nice improvement.

Eşim ve 20 yaşında ikiz çocuklamızla 2 gece bu otelde kaldık. Otelin önünden yol geçiyor ama yoğun bir araç geçişi yok. Otelden 15-20 adım sonra hemen ücretsiz halk plaj var, isterseniz de yan tarafta 100 TL şezlong ücreti ödeyerek giyinme kabini duş ve büfesinden yararlanabileceğiniz belediyeye ait plaj var fiyatları uygun. Deniz sığ birden derinleşmiyor Otel odaları deniz manzaralı personel samimi güler yüzlü ve ilgili, geneli ve odaları temiz. Kahvaltı çok iyi yemekler çok lezzetli fiyatları uygun. Gürültüden uzak sakin bir tatil düşünüyorsanız 8Rooms Oteli gözü kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz. Tüm otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ederim her şey güzeldi hiç bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık.

This is an excellent modern small hotel with very nice friendly staff. Well positioned over looking the beach and close to the town. The hotel is clean and the food is good. The English speaking manager was exceptionally helpful and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. We hope to come back here maybe later in the year.
