So clean and so perfect! The breakfast in the morning is so fresh and so t get me started on those fluffy eggs! They even have a cute small pool and hot tub that bubbles up at night for the late swimmers and kids. The beds are fresh and so is the towels. Everything is clean. This hotel is more like a 5 star hotel not 4.

I have absolutely nothing negative or bad to say about this hotel, the rooms were clean, the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was really good. I’d definitely stay again.

When you work in the hospitality industry you should really be more hospitable. Staff at this hotel were not welcoming and not helpful. Grouchy and didn’t want to be there. Not a good way to end a long travel day!

Check in was fast and efficient. We had to switch rooms because the 1st rooms door wouldn’t close and lock without slamming it. Hotel is in good shape, close to the beach and plenty of stores and restaurants in driving distance.

The man running the front desk, was very very rude to the customers in front of us. In fact, he told them to get out of the hotel, and he was canceling their room.
When it was my turn, he had an attitude, and was being very rude with me, for no reason he even threatened to cancel our room
Then, when we came back from dinner, and re-entered the hotel, he followed me, saying things and being rude
His conduct as an employee was horrifying, and I am reporting him and hoping that they have cameras to show how this man acts towards customers I will never ever stay here again

Was difficult to find the address in the dark but once here, was very nice. Breakfast was good.

The room was clean and tidy. The lamp over the lounge chair didnt have a lightbulb, there was a desk however no paper or pens available. The bathroom fan didnt work, so it was very humid and hot. The TV guide didnt work so you had to flip through every channel to see what was on. The continetal breakfast was ok. Not many choices, but better than nothing. Overall, the hotel was ok but if I return to the area I would book with another property.

The guy who worked the front desk when we first showed up was very nice and professional he went out of his way to give us tips and advice where to park and eat at. Because of him we will be coming back to this Hotel everytime we visit Galveston

Just witnessed the worst customer service experience I've ever seen. The morning service desk guy treated an older couple horribly. They were trying to get a key to their room that worked. Several times they went back and forth and were finally upset that the key didn't work. The desk clerk wasn't apologetic or even nice. It ended in the clerk saying to them, "Go XXXX yourself."
