We stayed here 4 days. This is substandard compared to others in the area. Housecleaning only comes by every FIVE days, so trash piles up if you don’t take it out yourself. Pillows were completely flat, the soap scum in the tub was so thick I could write my name in it, and there was mold in the ceiling in the bathroom. When we checked out we checked under the bed to make sure we hadn’t left anything and found a pair of socks and a solo cup that clearly didn’t belong to us. The fridge was leaky unless it was cranked all the way to freezing max, and finally, found a drop of blood on the boxspring (as part of that checkout look). Blech. All this coupled with no breakfast and honestly not cheap, I will not stay here again. Pros: front desk staff are very nice. There are better options!!!

This is a very clean, safe, and friendly hotel. We were on our way to Florida and needed a place to stay for a night. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they took time to help two elderly ladies with the waffle iron and juice machine, not the typical attitude for hotel desk staff, very refreshing. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and clean. There is a Walgreens right next door in case you need anything and only 5 minutes from I-75 north and south bound. We would recommend.

Mr. Leon Ford and Paula honestly were amazing. We booked our stay on Expedia and had accidentally put our stay for the wrong date. After staying on the phone with Expedia for over an hour, we had come to the lobby for help. They immediately were on the phone helping us. We were able to get our room for the night. They were so awesome and eager to help. This is by far the best staff I’ve come into with red roof and will be booking again with them as we come to this area every couple of weeks. Our check out experience was lovely and easy. Leon was super helpful and really all around an awesome person. I hope these 2 are recognized for their outstanding jobs and personality’s. Great job as a manager, in my opinion having staff like this makes the experience a great one! THANK YOU!

Hotel front desk and room service are very good, the room bathroom is not big, but the room is quite big, two big beds, clean and tidy, refrigerator, microwave oven. The hotel has a laundry room. Window air conditioner, the sound is really big. The hotel is located in the center of Gancun, the bus is convenient, the key is very close to the community.

Prior to arriving at this beautiful hotel I spoke with the manager Travis, without hesitation he agreed to hold my son’s packages for his dorm until we arrived. The hotel is GORGEOUS. All the staff is friendly and appears to love working there. Travis thank you so much for taking care of my family and all the other gator families at the hotel. Because of your generosity and dedication to us we will be staying here the next 4 years. I don’t think I’ve enjoyed a hotel stay like this in years. Kudos Fairfield. Lisa Gold

The only best thing I can say about the hotel was that Monday 2-13 and Tue 2-14 the day staff was very pleasant and went above. The rooms are so noisy, doors slamming, people talking loud in halls. people walking so heavily above that I thought they'd come through the floor. We checked in Sunday night and the room seemed nice but Extremely noisy, the AC unit gurgled all night and the exhaust fan never turned off. The fridge didn't work so we lost our food that was brought in for the next day. The front desk moved us to another room before we took my granddaughter to hospital for surgery. Coming back this room was even worse for noise. Very overpriced. I had no other choice than to stay as My granddaughter was in the hospital. I've gotten no rest and no member of management compensated us for the food lost or even apologized. I am extremely sorry to have stayed here. It's not for sick people or elderly. The management doesn't seem to acknowledge there is a lot of issues.
