There is a Mexican food and a small supermarket. Walk straight along the road for 10 minutes and there is a drugstore. The accommodation experience is comfortable and can be recommended.

last minute decision not to drive straight through to Naples from Michigan Staybridge suites Gainsville Florida was the best place. It’s off I-75, very clean throughout, slept great shower stuff in pumps ( shower ) & soap, lotion in pumps all on the walls very nice touch if you forget those things. I had a Kitchen in my room clean we didn’t use, but breakfast in the morning was hot and good, coffee was good. Staff kept everything clean .. Washer & drier were like commercial size free all you need is detergent or buy it there. The weight room was amazing wish I would have had more time to use it. Pool looked nice never used that either but we sat outside at breakfast that was clean & nice. The staff was friendly kind very knowledgeable and accommodating Marcel Carter assistant general manager assisted us at checkout was full of energy very helpful we will definitely be staying there again. One thing is that it’s connected to the Holiday Inn it’s one big building which confused us when we pulled in. The area around there was nice lots of restaurants The Ford garage was recommended upon arrival it didn’t disappoint they were open until 11 staff was great there to. Gas station and car wash right around corner we used both before heading out. Staybridge is perfectly located we will definitely be staying there again. I rate our stay 5 star!! The price was great!!

Hotel front desk and room service are very good, the room bathroom is not big, but the room is quite big, two big beds, clean and tidy, refrigerator, microwave oven. The hotel has a laundry room. Window air conditioner, the sound is really big. The hotel is located in the center of Gancun, the bus is convenient, the key is very close to the community.

We rented for one night, got in very late. Rented a pet friendly room which cost us $30.00 extra. The only thing that was done in the rooms by the maid service was the beds were made. There were big balls of dog hair in the corners, there was food crumbs and grease on the desk top, there was a big grease spot on the headboard from prior guests head. The sink in the bathroom had human body hair in it and the faucet was covered in dried white water spots. Candy wrappers on the floor. I took it up with the desk clerk as I checked out, he said he was sorry. I explained to him that just because we are traveling with our pet, does not mean we are dirty people. If customer's are paying $30.00 extra for a pet friendly room, that money should be used to provide for the room to be cleaned, so the next customer can sleep in a clean room. There was also an overflowing trash bin by the back door, and cups and other trash floating in the parking lot. We would never stay here ever again.

Great service. Had to call a few times because of noise above us at 1100pm. Also the pool was freezing. Needed a heater. Hot Breakfast bar was amazing with great service.

This hotel was very nice and clean with friendly front desk staff. I liked that we could turn up the fan in the room to block out outside noise. I didn’t like that ice was unavailable on our floor. The bathroom, while nicely turned out, was a black hole with the dark wallpaper absorbing all the light so it made seeing well to do hair and makeup a challenge for my daughter and me. The most surprising thing was the awful breakfast that the hotel offer. They should be embarrassed for charging people for it. The fruit bowls were empty, the bananas were green and the eggs we asked for were overly salted and soaked in butter. The rest of the offerings were very meager. I would definitely eat somewhere else.
