酒店就在三坊七巷的文儒巷，地理環境非常優越，整體格調高雅，房間乾淨整潔！

還準備了小朋友洗漱用品，非常貼心。
總體感受非常不錯（還有入住水果、甜點）

所在的文儒坊區塊文化氛圍濃厚 離要去的各個景點都很方便 周邊小吃和逛的地方步行即可 房間內的茉莉龍珠王很香！非常推薦

房間院落漂亮，尤其是大廳很有文藝感，房間內衞生乾淨，床品舒適，空調有待改進，入住第一天水免費，其餘次序收費。大廳服務人員態度很好點贊

設施：酒店設施很新，很舒服。暫時沒有健身室，但是有跑步機
衞生：衞生條件很好，房間服務也很好
環境：酒店就在文儒巷口，打車方便，並且很方便逛三坊七巷。步行去西湖公園1.1km
服務：酒店服務很好。房間的茶很不錯，配有茶具和山泉水。
我沒有預訂早餐，因為走路去同利肉燕很近，7-8分鐘可達。

開在三坊七巷裡的酒店，其實叫民宿更貼切，雖然是淡季但是價格卻不淡。
房間冬天有地暖，夏天有冷氣，但是3月份的天氣什麼也沒有，開窗有蚊蟲，不開着實悶熱，最後衹能借來電扇過了2天。順便説一下房間的木窗着實開了難以關上，而且最尷尬的是窗户一開，對面房間可以直視房間衞生間
酒店早餐選擇不多，味道也很一般，而且早餐的女服務員看護酒店的茶葉像看護自家財寶一樣，嚇人的很。
説是有健身器材其實就是一個跑步機，一個登山踏步機，問題是居然是放置在後麪走廊的過道里，錯愕 ing。
酒店有個小花園-青紅酒坊，但是和進門的高大上相比，反差極其大，破敗的很。

全家人一起出來旅行，帶着父母特意選擇這個酒店，到了以後真的很驚艷，首先位置超級好，在三坊七巷，酒店這條路走出去右轉就是愛心樹，踏進酒店的大堂，就被環境所吸引，酒店的服務也非常的棒，帶領介紹房間用品，早餐有工作人員送茶水，還有自釀的酒，細節做的很到位，下次來福州還會選擇住在這裏

可能來之前期望太高了，結果有點失望，房間挺小的，衞生間很擁擠，最不能接受的是，下水道有味道，味道還是蠻重的.
酒店環境挺好的，但是性價比太低，不值這個價.
