It was a true delight to stay here. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The food was really good, so we had all our meals in the hotel restaurant, also because the nearest town was too far. We went skiing. The shuttle driver was very nice and patient with us. The rooms were beautifully rustic and there was paper-cutting activity at night when we were staying there. We truly enjoyed our time there, because of the comfortable stay and friendly, hospitable staff.

房間舒適温馨，乾淨整潔，服務人員態度好，早餐口味好。
房間內東北大炕，花被子非常有特色，床頭附近有電燈開關，不用下床也可以開關燈很貼心。
室內温暖，是地熱，大炕也可以調節温度，一點也不冷，室內還有淋浴，很方便。

前兩天住美憬閣，後兩天住原鄉客棧，原以為會有落差，結果完全沒有！孩子一進門看見大炕就激動了，從一個炕跑到另一個炕就能玩上半天，加上極具東北特色的大紅床墊大紅被，還能借到大紅棉襖大紅棉褲給孩子穿，感覺一下就融入到本地生活了。
環境：客棧院落很大，很多院子，院裏院外都很有東北特色，尤其晚上燈籠亮起，在一片白雪皚皚中，立馬感受到東北漫長的夜晚，和屋裡特有的温馨。
設施：雖然標註沒有空調，但是有地暖啊！地暖和空調哪個舒服，北方人都懂。唯一的缺陷是用電熱水器，如果同住的人都需要洗澡的話，中間可能會有等燒水的時間。不過這個問題很好解決，預售的套餐裏送了club med的温泉，去東北不泡温泉是説不過去的，所以我們在雪天泡了温泉，順便洗了澡。😝
衞生：衞生不錯，打掃地挺乾淨，還給準備了一次性馬桶墊，挺方便的。
服務：服務挺好的，check in的時候加了前台微信，有問題都可以通過微信聯繫，幫忙解決。度假區裏有擺渡車，過了時間需要通行就找前台幫忙約車，都能給安排。
順便説一句，他家餐廳在度假區裏屬於比較實惠的，量大味道還不錯，基本一日三餐都是在這解決的。住了兩天早餐還都有點區別，挺好。
最後説説預售的套餐，真是不錯，包含了各種活動，滑雪、徒步、UTV、漂流、小童樂園全都包括了，每天約着去就行，住了四天沒玩夠啊！

很棒的一次東北之旅，體驗到了東北的濃厚氛圍感！前台小姐姐們説話輕輕柔柔，細心又貼心！木屋房特別出片，房間又寬敞又暖和！早飯種類也很多，坐窗邊邊看雪景邊吃美食，非常nice！送的温泉權益一定要去，很新很乾凈！雪場人少雪也好，非常適合新手！魯能很好，下次還來！

服務酒店都很好，包含了很多權益，房間也很有特色，整個酒店都很有特色，住了一晚特別開心，最後走的時候每個房間還有伴手禮，真的太周到了，餐廳的餐廳吃了一頓午餐，也是嘎嘎的好吃，真的不錯，滑雪場人也不多，也有接駁車送，下次還會再去的

8月秒殺的酒店套餐真是太超值了，一價全含了滑雪、温泉、小童樂園、UTV、深雪徒步、漂流等一系列娛樂項目。買了兩套產品，住了五天四晚，滑雪泡温泉好爽！酒店設施很新也很乾凈，感覺像在自己家一樣，非常感謝工作人員為我們一家三口住的房型進行升級，不論是晚上幫約擺渡車還是回答問題都很熱心，早餐也很豐盛好吃，真心覺得下次冰雪季還會再來這裏，希望還有優惠活動噢❤️
