Walking distance from Nakasu Kawabata subway station. Also, near from Fukuoka Int'l airport, so it is one of the best location in Fukuoka's sightseeing.

Location was perfect! Near everything and close to public transportation. Easy to get to from anywhere. Didn’t use any amenities, I’m not sure what they offered actually. Room was clean and a decent size field the two of us.

差到極致！ 真的是超噁的酒店， 完全顛覆我對日本酒店的看法。 衛生程度極差，首先一進房間馬桶有大便， 立即要求換房， 然後換了房間，馬桶也有一條頭髮， 太噁了吧！ 頭髮我真的沒辦法，也不可能再要求換房，反正就是酒店本來衛生程度極差。 然後第二天早上， 職員推着很多輛這種車子進入客用升降機， 正確來說應該是酒店就只有一個升降機， 根本沒有貨用升降機和客用升降機之分， 但是也不可能跟客人同時使用吧， 然後職員也沒有覺得抱歉的意思， 甚至覺得我阻礙他的工作， 真的是非常生氣！ 這是我走遍很多個國家城市旅遊第一次感受到酒店實在是太差了！

中規中矩的商務旅館，附近有松屋、麥當勞、全家便利商店，除此之外沒有什麼店；整體來說住宿上很安靜，如果喜歡住在熱鬧街區的人可能不適合這裡。

地點在中州，位置十分方便，但酒店沒有停車場供應，要自行在附近的收費停車場泊車，有點距離。
房間比較細小，如果2個人去而同時有2個行李箱，打開後便沒有太多移動空間。
廁所也比較細小，如廁時不太方便。
