Everything is good including the service of staff, the clean environment and delicious breakfast. However, I booked 3 nights (20-23/6) which is including breakfast but I do not know why not include the 23/6 morning. When I went to the lobby and tried to have the breakfast after check out, the staff claim that it has not reserve the table for us to having breakfast. I am query that is it not including the breakfast of the day of check out ?

I made a reservation thinking it looked good in the photo, but it was smaller than I expected! But, if you think about it just for sleeping, the price was reasonable, so I think it was worth it.
Quintessa Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin Comic&Books

The location is close to downtown Tenjin. ShinShin Ramen's main branch is right behind it. While everyone was waiting for 2 hours, I looked down from the hotel and tried to figure out what to eat, then went right in and ate. The room condition was great and the people were very friendly. Even the cleaning staff are very friendly. In particular, the bathroom condition was very good and the water pressure was good. I intend to visit again

I stayed because there were many good word of mouth. It was a new hotel. I stayed with my family this time and wanted to have telework and online meetings at the same time, but it was a little disappointing in facilities. I will tell you at first, but there is no negligence in the hotel itself because of our lack of confirmation. Good point * wired LAN. (Recently there are many hotels only wifi) Of course there is wifi here, but I thought the speed of the night used by many guests was unstable? Good time is 30 〜40Mbps, but it seems to be when you suddenly cut 10, and if you are wired, it was stable at 80Mbps, so the wired LAN was able to use it with peace of mind. It was a pity * TV cannot be connected externally. It was good to be confirmed in advance. I was going to use a HDMI cable to connect the TV to a PC or tablet and use it as a monitor, but please be careful because there was no terminal and I couldn't connect it. When staying at a hotel with my family, I often bring a switch and connect to the TV, but I couldn't do it naturally. I have studied this time that we have only stayed at a hotel with a TV that can be connected externally, and that there is a TV that cannot be connected externally even in a new hotel. Please be careful if you are teleworking or if you are trying to connect the game machine.

Room is bigger than normal hotel; can see the age of the hotel but still very clean and tidy. Location is so well that we didn’t even take many metro during the whole trip. Good to stay With family as there is many restaurants and pharmacies around. Will definitely choose to stay again if I visit Fukuoka again.
