Room has space for beds only and no space for opening luggage. No exaggerating here. Room is good for one night stay as a transit where you don’t open luggage and then move out next day kind. Long stay is not encouraged. Other reviews saying same thing is true.

Carpet and pajamas not clean. Staff are helpful and nice. Like the sofa and desk. Quite comfortable.

I stayed 1 night when arrived and another night few days later. I would keep my big luggage in hotel as it would be easier to move around. The hotel staff refused!

the room is a bit small , the cleanliness is good, the location is great, easy access to train station and bus. can walk from tenji to hotel in 15 min.

As soon as I entered the room and closed the door, I found garbage left by the previous guest behind the door.
Then I cleaned up the food packaging and beer cans and put them outside. Then I opened the refrigerator and found that there was ice cream left by the previous group. These two things made me feel that they were not cleaned at all. I was very disappointed and did not understand why I could do this. mistake.
There were rubbish left behind the door. Also there were some ice cream left in the fridge. Feels like they didn’t take the job seriously at all. Very Disappointed.

The hotel is very close to the Yakuin JR subway station. You can take one stop to Tenjin Street. There are many restaurants nearby. It is very close to the TOYOTA Rent A Car return location, but there is no view because it is blocked by nearby buildings.
