Title: First-class hotel at the Zoo - A successful experience Dear readers, I would like to tell you about my stay at the Zoo Hotel, a first-class hotel that offers an unforgettable experience. The buffet was not open to wishes and offered a variety of delicious foods that were freshly prepared. Such a delicious and varied breakfast allowed a power-laden start in the day. The staff at the zoo, especially Mrs Yasemin at the reception, deserve special mention. She was extremely premature, empathical and always ready to help. The service at the hotel was all the way of first-class and contributed significantly to a positive overall impression. The location of the hotel at the zoo is unslaughterable. With direct access to the zoo in the immediate vicinity, it is a great advantage especially for animal lovers and families. You can explore the zoo conveniently without having to walk a long way. The rooms at the hotel at the zoo are comfortable and tastefully furnished. They offer all the comforts you need during your stay to feel comfortable. The cleanness of the rooms was excellent and they were kept innocently. All in all, I can recommend the hotel at the zoo. The first-class location near the zoo, the rich breakfast, the friendly staff, especially Mrs Yasemin at the reception, and the comfortable rooms make the stay a round-round experience. The guests really enjoyed their stay. The manager was very friendly and serviceminded and the bar were of good standards. It was a friendly environment, with pleasant people all around. The guests would really recommend this hostel, close to both the tram and metro. The guests would like to come back!

A man entered the room in the middle of the night, and this happened the first night and logically the last. When we went to sleep and shut the lights, in less than ten minutes, we heard something pushing the doors of the balcony, which was also due to the room distribution (top suite for 4 people) right at the head of the beds. After forced the balcony the man entered and logically we started crying everything we could and went. This was because there were work and works sticked to the balconies of the rooms We called the hotel reception and there were no answers, we went down to the reception and there was no one. A shame. We took everything and went to another hotel. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. We made him call the boss or whatever outside the hotel and he told us that that could not have happened, that if someone entered the room was because we knew him, that he didn't believe us. After this we took photos of the facilities and walks attached to the balconies and went to the Commission with a German friend and we filed a complaint that is already registered. When we took the photos we saw the receptionist checking out from our balcony that there were really walks by which ONWY CAN ENTER ONWY HOME force the doors. After this we talked again to him and he recognized the lack of security of the hotel and saying he was very sorry but his boss did not think as he did not believe us. The hotel's staff were very helpful and the staff were very helpful.

I had a wonderful time at the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Frankfurt with my wife. We stayed there for three days and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to many attractions and public transport. The price is very reasonable for the quality and comfort of the rooms. The service is excellent and friendly, and the buffet breakfast is delicious and varied. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Frankfurt.

This was a decent hotel to stay at with my friends. No problems to complain about really. Could easily compare to a travel lodge in the uk which is why I have given it an average score Beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. The ease to check out whenever was also a bonus

The location is very good, there is a tram stop at the door. Not far from the downtown, and avoiding the noisy environment.

So this is your typical 'trendy' Moxy. It's just on the edge of Frankfurt on a main Road (which also has a Tram Line). It costs about €30 in an Uber from the Airport. It's weekday Room rate is not bad, Corp Rate was about €120/night, including Breakfast. So the hotel has a great funky decor, lots of 'odd' items to look at, quite a cool eclectic mix of 'nick-nacks' 😎 The main Reception also acts as a large Bar area with plenty of seats, they also serve decent German Beer 👍. The Bar area also doubles up as a Breakfast area in the morning. There is also an area where you can work👍, and an 'on site' Barbers?? 😵‍💫 The Bedrooms are okay, not massive but not too small, they have Air-cons, but more importantly, they have windows that open 🙂👍 The beds are okay, I got an average sleep whilst staying there. The rooms do lack from ANY form of Clothes storage, which I found weird👎. I am not looking for lots of Wardrobes or Chest-of-Drawers, but providing just THREE Hangers on a Coat Hook is just Rubbish! 💩 Even other 'discount' Hotel chains (that don't provide actual Wardrobes) at least have a 'Rail' / 'Shelf' to hang up/place clothes 🫤 One other 'big miss' is the Shower, it is well designed but it has basic 'Mixer' handle, it's not Thermostatically controlled, so water constantly changes from hot to cold (based on other Guests water usage 🤦‍♂️) also if you knock the handle whilst showering (really easily done) you can then scold 🔥 or freeze yourself ❄️👎👎. Overall it's quite a good hotel, if they fix a few other small design problems, I'd happily give them 5 stars 👍

Stayed here for a work trip. Wouldn't recommend as in my locked hotel room, someone went through my bags, stole my laptop and iPad. Came back to my hotel room - still locked - but items now stolen. Getting Michael, the manager, to then deal with the request was difficult and now months on still have no correspondence from himself as he didn't want to deal with the situation. He has been rude and no help. Another member of staff helped me resolve the situation and receive rightful compensation. I also wouldn't recommend staying there because across the street (and the block really) is a lot of construction going on. Not really the fault of the hotel, but a warning as it is a long-term construction that will wake you up - particularly in the summer when you have the windows open. I do, however, want to thank the front of desk staff who do their absolute best and provide great service in spite of what Michael, the manager, can provide to them. If you are forced to stay here, don't take anything valuable or at the very least carry it with you at all times as it is not safe in the hotel room. Even if buried in your suitcase with a locked door.

It's very convenient and easy to find the direction for travelers from airport, especially if you travel in the evening. The hotel has mentioned that you will require to ask for housekeeping if you need one, so it's fine. The breakfast was fine if you just staying for 2 to 3 days, more than that, you might find the choice is limited.
