位置還不錯，在商場旁邊，酒店隔音也可以。但是入住體驗真的太差了。一進大廳辦理入住，前台頭也不抬，辦理入住全過程都沒有抬頭看客人一眼，而且還打斷我説話…真的很無語，連個微笑都沒有，完全沒有親切感。而且酒店的浴巾，毛巾，枕頭都破洞了…節省是優良美德，但是這種破爛自己拿回家用好麼？就不要留在房間給客人了。

還不錯，酒店大堂乾淨明亮，前台服務客氣，房間視野開闊，可以看見整個全景，周邊也靠近大型商場，交通便利

其實對維也納沒有報太高的期望，但是攜程在淡季且週四（傢俱節還沒有開始）收了我五百多的房錢，讓我對這家佛山維也納期待了一下。結果是洗澡沒有腳墊巾，浴巾和拖鞋廉價的薄，維修後的密封條還留在房間裏。從此攜程訂房不再是我唯一選擇。
