The location is not bad, beside the shopping mall, the hotel can also be soundproofed. But the check-in experience is really bad. As soon as I entered the lobby to check in, the front desk did not raise my head. During the check-in process, I did not look up at the guests and interrupted me... It was really speechless, not even a smile, and there was no intimacy at all. And the hotel’s bath towels, towels, and pillows are all broken...saving is a good virtue, but is this kind of brokenness good for home use? Don't leave it in the room for guests.

其實對維也納沒有報太高的期望，但是攜程在淡季且週四（傢俱節還沒有開始）收了我五百多的房錢，讓我對這家佛山維也納期待了一下。結果是洗澡沒有腳墊巾，浴巾和拖鞋廉價的薄，維修後的密封條還留在房間裏。從此攜程訂房不再是我唯一選擇。
