Property is an older property. The rooms are very dated but clean. The staff is extremely friendly. It is a bit away from the major points of interest and the stop lights to and from places are many. Takes a little while to get anywhere. Dining options are d the property are very limited. Giving this score as higher than should be due to staff and the cleanliness of room.

I have stayed at other BW in the past. This is my first (of many I hope!) to Port St. Lucie to see spring training baseball. This BW was not what I expected. It was clean and more of a motel atmosphere than a hotel. The room when we entered was hit with the strong disinfectant smell and mustiness. The next thing i realized was that the toilet was broken. You would think that if the room is cleaned properly, the housekeeper would have known that it was broken. I mean it did not flush-the mechanism was disconnected.
The furnishings in the room was clean but is very dated.
The rooms in this BW is advertised as 'ALL SUITES' what made it a suite was moving the TV /armoire into the middle of the room and divided it into a sitting room and bedroom.
The towels were small and mostly threadbare.
The free breakfast in the morning was basic. I was fine with that.
Overall, the BW served my purpose of providing a homebase for my visit. It was just not a room I wanted to sit and relax in.
So we did discover next door the Mexican restaurant: Casa Amigos: very very good food and drinks. And further down the other side was the Twistee treat ice cream place.
In conclusion, the BW served its purpose and we felt safe overall and the place was clean. It could benefit from some upgrade in its amenities and care.

Friendly front desk lady. Appreciated call after we were in room to ask whether we were fine with it or not. A room farthest from Route 1 and facing the other way would have been better but traffic waned at night.

This is an old and tired property that would still be considered outrageous at $75 per night as opposed to the $219 we paid. The mildew smell hits you the min we walked into the room. The hairdryer on the wall was circa 1990 and sparks flew out when I attempted to use it. The towels are worn, scratchy and dingy. We went to bed early to minimize the discomfort of such a shabby experience and found one last irritant showing as the tub drain is clogged causing water to remain above your ankles. The only bright spot is an extremely friendly staff. Stay here only if you simply refuse to sleep in your car!

Check in was easy, stay was quiet, hot tub was not work one day but was repaired by the following day.
Overall my stay was fine! The only concern I had was that check out time was 11 am but the key became non operable before the check out time.
