A very nice place to stay when in the area. Front desk persons are very friendly.

We stayed on a Sunday night that had very few people in the hotel. However the hotel is so noisy due to no carpets and paper thin walls. The sliding doors to the balcony also seemed very insecure and unsafe. The photos make it look magnificent but in reality the decor is just meh.

My friends and I stayed on the third floor of the hotel, and it was several big bags of garbage that smelled horrible, they had three elevators, but only one worked.

Understaffed at front desk. Old hotel! 2 out of 3 elevators out. No ice on floor. Door lock doesn’t work. It should be $100/night, not $200.

They have to invest in air freshener or any fragrance for the lobby. There’s a small quick dining restaurant at the lobby area, and the whole place smells like fried food. Also it’s supposed to be an smoke free environment, but the elevator and hallways smells strong like cigarettes and other smoking stuff 🌱

Pool was not heated and un kept. Patio area and bar was really nice. No coffee for guest even if it says Starbucks served here.elevator very slow one not working and sharing with staff and garbage and dirty linen.

A great place to stay !! Everyone is friendly and the theme of the Hotel always makes us happy

The rooms look nothing like on the pictures. The area around the hotel does not look safe during night. Lobby was noisy and full of people. Hotel looked without care.

Very dated hotel and although it did need some renos, the cleaning staff did a great job of making the rooms clean and comfortable. don't expect the best service from front desk as they are all on the younger side but they are fine. the basketball and tennis courts are really nice and we were satisfied. Manage your expectations, and it will be a decent value for your money.
