I was my money back I was charged twice the first was it said you were booked for that room so I tried again it charged me again I’ve waited for 4 days now no refund there is not even a phone number you call Trip.com the tv didn’t work there was a gap in the door about almost a inch where spiders and snakes could crawl in please just give me the money back that I got charged

When I made the reservation, under special instructions, I put I needed a downstairs room due to the fact I have had a double knee replacement. When I checked in and mentioned that I was told “oh no, we don’t have anything downstairs”😡.
I called front desk to ask for more towels and pillows and was told “come get it”
The floors were not very clean. My 16 month old grand baby’s feet were filthy from running around the room after a bath and so was mine. We had to clean our feet from the bed.

Warning! We left a day early because the front desk woman cussed out my wife for demanding nonMOLDY toilet paper. We felt unwelcome/unsafe and as if we were a burden to her. Her unprofessional behavior in addition to the poor condition of the room was just too much. Avoid this place, you’ll be better off sleeping in your car.

Property was so bad my family had to leave!! Hotel management told them they would have to contact ******* for refund. Called ******* and of course was a reason a refund could not be given. Trash from start to end.
