This is the best hotel on the island at present, with a sea view room, and a sea view breakfast can be experienced. The overall environment is not bad, that is, there may be a little musty smell in the room.

In a completely positive way, this stay for two nights was a typical pleasant Novotel experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. It was very conveniently located across from the waterfront and easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The breakfast was a quality buffet was a good variety of hot and cold foods. I didn't eat in the restaurant for other meals and I didn't use the fitness center due to the proximity of well-marked running trail along the waterfront. All-in-all a solid stay and a good choice for a visit to Florianopolis.

Hotel with excellent location and good service.The room is clean and organized.The hotel offers a great standard for a business trip or fast accommodation. Morning coffee could offer a little more variety, but still, what has available is fresh and good quality products.

Hotel limpo, quartos grandes com dois ambientes, bom café da manhã, classe turística. Hotel simples mais bem localizado, com ar condicionado e banheiro de água quente. Perfeito para quem quer viajar gastando pouco e com o mínimo de conforto e para quem está a trabalho. Bom staff.

Do chek in ao chek out foi perfeito! Equipe impecável, sempre solícita! Escolhemos a acomodação mais simples mas limpa e sempre bem cuidada. Viajamos em família, 4 adultos, encontramos várias famílias com crianças, ambiente calmo. O hotel dispõe de vários tipos de acomodação, local superou nossas expectativas. Indicaria sim para meus amigos, praia próxima muito boa, ao lado tem restaurante com cozinha italiana bem gostoso , um café, farmácia e um posto de saúde, outros tantos restaurantes nas imediações bem recomendados.

Hola! Malisimo el hotel, nada que ver con las fotos, nos dieron una habitación en la que nos teníamos que subir a la cama para entrar, habían cucarachas, todas las paredes llenas de humedad y el olor era insoportable. Pedimos cambiar la habitación y no nos dieron respuesta. Las camas y las almohadas son re duras, te levantas con dolor de espalda asegurada jaja y te dan una sola frazada para dos personas. Para el desayuno TENÉS QUE HACER COLA, estuvimos 20 minutos esperando para entrar. No tienen nada SIN TACC. NADA QUE VER CON LAS FOTOS, no se dejen engañar.

Excellent hotel, helpful staff. We went to a family with the baby and participated very well. Provides from baby cots to hot water bottles and room upgrades. Excellent location, adjacent to the seaside shopping area. We will definitely come back

I stayed here for 4 days and overall, had a great experience. The hotel is new and had been open for 1 week when I arrived. Check In/out: It was a bit slow as I think they were still getting used to check ins and also because I was from outside the country (credit card processing, passport, etc--I think I was their first guest from the USA). Check out was fast. Room: I booked the ocean front (Luxo Frente Mar). The room that i originally checked into had a strange odor (sewage like). I called downstairs and they moved me immediately to another room. Amenities were really nice, and air conditioning worked perfectly. Very important when you are dealing with the hot sun of Floripa. Dining/Breakfast: TOP NOTCH. Amazing food!! The breakfast was buffet style. The drinks were well proportioned and they had good mixologists making them. I forgot the Manager's name (wore glasses) but he was very professional and helpful, especially with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Concierge/Front Desk: Excellent. Jean really knows the island and has great connections and recommendations. If you need anything, he is the guy that can help. Other: -The hotel has hybrid road bikes for use. This was one of the highlights of the stay because I used the bikes to go all over Florianopolis. They are high quality bikes so it makes for a great leisure (or speed) ride. The island is very safe so I highly recommend it. -There is a pool on the rooftop that is a good place to sunbathe and relax. -The gym has brand new free weights, machines, and treadmills. Overall a great stay! Looking forward to staying again.

Ficamos no hotel agora no Carnaval. No geral o hotel é muito bom. Possui uma estrutura boa, com piscina aquecida, sauna, espaço Kids muito bom, estacionamento coberto e o melhor com uma praia praticamente dentro do hotel. Um praia tranquila, indicada principalmente para crianças. Não possui academia no hotel, mas frente a ele tem uma. O cafe da manhã é muito bom mas o restaurante nem tanto. Precisam melhorar a qualidade e a variedade do que servem. Mas ok, se comer uma refeição ou outra. Limpeza dos quartos, gostei tb, a Jéssica camareira é uma simpatia e prestativa. As toalhas e roupas de camas estão um pouco gastas. Como viemos no Carnaval e o hotel somente tinha 1 elevador, sempre ficava congestionado e precisa tb de uma reforma para que ele nao esquente bastante. Em sua maioria, os funcionários são educados. Deixei por último para destacar a cordialidade e carinho dos funcionários Rafael e Dayane. Com certeza eles fizeram toda a diferenca na nossa estadia. Ficamos encantados com eles.
