Natasha was there every morning with a smile and helped us on every matter that we had.Only due to the dedication of the entire staff, this vacation would have been a disaster. So to Natasha, William, Thayse, Pedro, Paulo, Edwardo, Leonardo, and the entire staff of the Firenze Business Hotel, we thank you. To all those looking for a great place to stay for one night or for a long term length of time, you can do no better than the Firenze Business Hotel and the wonderful staff that they have.

We were looking for the hotel to take care of an event in the city and INTERCLASS had a good cost-benefit, but ours was disappointed. We asked for a soup and a omelet and it took hours. The receptionist said it was because the restaurant was very full and I understand, but did it not just take a phone to give a opinion? If you were not able to take care of the number of guests, please contact more personally or do not lotter the hotel. The rooms were also very tie together, so I could hear all my neighbor spoke and even when he was lying in bed because the wall of my whole room was swinging. The hotel was also near the event site, so it has a good location and despite the lack of staff at the hotel, the team was very careful and I did not account for the unstable care.

Ficamos no hotel agora no Carnaval. No geral o hotel é muito bom. Possui uma estrutura boa, com piscina aquecida, sauna, espaço Kids muito bom, estacionamento coberto e o melhor com uma praia praticamente dentro do hotel. Um praia tranquila, indicada principalmente para crianças. Não possui academia no hotel, mas frente a ele tem uma. O cafe da manhã é muito bom mas o restaurante nem tanto. Precisam melhorar a qualidade e a variedade do que servem. Mas ok, se comer uma refeição ou outra. Limpeza dos quartos, gostei tb, a Jéssica camareira é uma simpatia e prestativa. As toalhas e roupas de camas estão um pouco gastas. Como viemos no Carnaval e o hotel somente tinha 1 elevador, sempre ficava congestionado e precisa tb de uma reforma para que ele nao esquente bastante. Em sua maioria, os funcionários são educados. Deixei por último para destacar a cordialidade e carinho dos funcionários Rafael e Dayane. Com certeza eles fizeram toda a diferenca na nossa estadia. Ficamos encantados com eles.
