The owners gave us a very warm welcome. we got a lot of information about the location, free bicycles. The location is near the historic center of Florence. The room was comfortable and clean. The balcony and the shared spaces are nice and comfortable.

We did book 2 nights with the owner at the phone ! When we arrived they had only one night open and then went in overbooking! So we had to leave ! Heavy because I had to cancel some appointments I did before! The owner did not even apologize!! That happens actually in Florence because everyone thinks renting apartments is so easy ! If you want to give service it’s not easy! The one night we did stay at one o clock in the morning I got we had someone breaking in our apartment ! We did wake up and throw the woman out ! When we told it next morning they noticed but did nothing! Incredible situation ! We need to call the police! Because these people should not get a license !!!

Clean, air-conditioned and well organized mezzanine room, loft with window on the roof very nice and useful. Important thing is the parking in the inner courtyard. Convenient location, 10 minutes walk from the start of the historic center. Only the breakfast service is missing but there is no problem, 3 traverse later there is an excellent pastry shop where you can taste a variety of croissants and an excellent coffee. We will definitely be back !!!

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Camere pulitissime e accoglienti. Il giardino comune e il solarium sono fantastici per momenti di relax. Sei nel centro della città ma sembra di stare in una cascina di campagna. Abbiamo usufruito anche dei servizi dell'adiacente FH55 Grand Hotel Mediteraneo: garage per la nostra auto, colazione a buffet e ristorante con piatti tipici toscani. Consigliamo questo affittacamere vicino al Teatro Cartiere Carrara a Firenze e ci torneremo sicuramente in futuro.

Muy lindos departamentos. Muy bien ubicados. A 15 cuadras del centro. A 3 cuadras de un supermercado. Muy lindos, con estacionamiento y muy amplios y limpios. La atención muy buena y tratan de ayudarte y guiarte

Siamo stati al sun house per una notte , i proprietari o gestori sono stati gentilissimi , ci hanno atteso nel.tardo pomeriggio e ci hanno anche regalato 2 bottiglie di acqua grandi, le camere con soppalco, aria condizionata, bagno con tutti gli accessori ( anche il phon) era super pulito. Piccolo ma con tutto il necessario, anche un angolo cucina con frigo, lavandino , bollitore . Nella zona comune una cucina accessoriata, dove abbiamo potuto usufruire del piano cottura e berci un caffè. La sig.ra la mattina ci ha dato la.possibilita di lasciare le valigie in modo tale da non portarle in giro con noi. Ottima esperienza

Proprietari molto disponibili, appartamento pulito e curato nei dettagli, buona posizione x raggiungere il centro. Posto auto all'interno della struttura, molto importante perché fuori è difficilissimo trovare parcheggio.
