The rooms are too dark , a bit old. Sounds can travel next doors . Can hear others close door.
Restaurant very nice , price decent, service very good. I enjoy dining there

trip.com said the check in time was 2pm, but the hotel said 2.30pm. trip.com said tax to pay on arrival was 9.75 euro (didn't mention if it is per night), the hotel asked for 19.5 euro for our 2 nights stay. swimming pool opens only between 10am and 7pm. hair dryer was not working. we asked staff at front desk to provide an extra, but he was not helpful and claimed that he was busy!

位置在郊區，很偏僻，但是很安靜，餐廳在一樓外面還有一個泳池，應該之前觀賞用的，大圓床很舒適，單純的呆著不考慮交通便利性的話，非常棒，一天晚上，我們還碰到了一家在酒店訂婚開party的，應該當地人，特別快樂，特別熱鬧，還放了煙花，有的人可能會覺得有點鬧，不過我們很喜歡

極差！第一次遇到一個四星酒店這麼差勁的。
1酒店Wi-Fi極差、根本用不了
2.酒店房間有異味
3.床單不乾淨
4.最最嚴重的是讓工作人員換床單、把手機卷床單裏直接給我丟出去了。我們找了一晚上加一上午、還報了警。警察和酒店員工就走個過程，説看了監控，但酒店員工説衹有前台有監控，別的地方都沒有，根本就不讓我們看監控，也不讓跟着找手機，第二天幸虧手機還有電、有Gps定位就在酒店。第二天清潔工帶我們去找，最終在一個馬上要被車拉走的一堆臟兮兮的床單裏找到了手機。之後酒店就道歉了幾句，根本沒有安撫措施！！甚至沒有追究任何員工的責任，簡直逆天操作！
5.服務員都很年輕基本都是學生樣子、態度差。
6隔音極差，半夜走廊人走動、窗外摩託車、車流聲一清二楚。需要帶耳塞才能睡覺。
這家酒店除了早餐和泳池、真的一無是處！希望來佛羅倫薩的朋友們避雷這家酒店，對了吃晚餐在泳池邊，還有能盯**的大蚊子！！！
