This place is not on a safe street . Lots of people sitting around on the street on front of the apartment . We were bothered by some people before entering . We got scared and ended up staying there less than 15 min . Not safe for female travelers for sure .

Great location. 5 minute walk to the train station. 10 minute walk to many of the sites. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Mini-mart at the end of the block. Studio was clean and in good shape. Towels and linens were provided. Would stay there again.

No hot shower and they couldn’t fix it until the last day of my stay in winter time.

The Studio apartment is great if you just need a place to drop your things. It's clean, has what you need for a shower and a bed but is quite small. For one person, it was perfect for what I needed to come in, get changed and be 5-10 minute walk from all the places I need to be. If you're staying for an extended period of time, I would suggest upgrading to a larger space, especially if you're with more than one person. Check in was easy and the person who I met to grab the keys was very kind. Check out was a bit unclear and I didn't get an answer until after I left the property, but overall, I had everything I needed, the bed was comfortable and the area it was in was great for what I needed.

Such a beautiful place and great host. The location is perfect where the heart of the city is located. As well as the metro is literally two blocks away. The area is very nice and quiet. The host is great at communicating. The condition of the place is great. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely go back.

Es un buen Loft, amplio y con ventanas, no tiene ascensor así qué hay que subir muchas escaleras por lo que es mejor con maletas ligeras, la comunicación es muy buena y buena atención.

La posizione è perfetta, in pochissimo (mediante max 10 min) si raggiunge tutto.
Nel complesso abbastanza pulita e con cucina e frigo. È composta da una stanza con un divano letto matrimoniale e una cameretta separata da una porat a vetri con un letto singolo.
Fattori da valutare sono l'assenza di un ascensore, con 3/4 rampe di scale strette, la mancanza di tv e la mancanza di una tapparella (qundonetra luce).
