I think even Japanese people who can't speak English can stay with peace of mind. There is also a restaurant and gas station on the same premises, making it convenient. Well, anything can be found within a short drive.

Cons?
1- Very noisy, you could (almost) hear people outside the room whispering. This hotel is pet friendly, meaning that if you want to sleep quietly, you will either love a symphony of dogs barking or use earplugs …
2- The property uses a pleasant smelling aromatizer…(to cover pet smells, i presume) perhaps too much? Enough to cause allergies …

I'm very sensitive to mold in buildings; even thought this was an older hotel, it's been recently renovated and was ok to stay at compared to most older hotels I have stayed at and not felt well (though I would still feel better at a newer place). It was a bit loud in the hallways on the weekend because of families staying there but this isn't a reflection on the hotel. The beds are very high, so if you have trouble getting up and down, I would recommend a handicap room. Convenient that it's located next to the highway.

The hotel was very clean with amenities such as fitness room, spa and sauna, all of which was clean and in working order. The location is close to a variety of fast food and dine-in restaurants and entertainment. We were very pleased with our stay at Hotel Elev8.

I recommend this hotel. It's been updated. It was annoying when I went to check out and they were deep cleaning the lobby floor. I couldn’t get coffee or check out properly. The clerk did what he could, but it seemed like bad timimg for them to be cleaning the floor. Why not wait until after check out--or even just clean half the floor so guests have room to walk. And then clean the other half lafyer checkout? Otherwise, my stay was fine.

Elev8 was next to our route to California. Easy on, easy off and the most comfortable and nicest places on our long trip across country. We are going back to Elev8 on our way back for certain.

Our room was double booked and we were told we were getting an upgrade but it wasn’t an upgrade. This was disappointing however, I am not sure that it was the property fault as much as it *******. We weren’t offered anything for the inconvenience. Other than that, it was clean and nice…worth the money.
