Excellent long weekend away at this hotel. Steve and Vicky were fantastic host's with their local knowledge and friendly advice. Rooms are spotless and spacious with everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic everyday especially the poached eggs, cooked with confidence. Special mention for Vicky and Tiff who made sure we were never short of anything. Highly recommend stopping at this little gem of a hotel. Perfect.

Lovely hotel and Vicky and Steve were very welcoming and more than helpful.Our room was really nice and the beds very comfortable.The breakfast was exceptionally good. Quiet,pleasant location but short walking distance to the sea or the shopping centre. Hope to stay again

A great place to stay. Lovely old building. Bed v comfortable. Quiet at night. Breakfast yummy. The host lovely. We will definitely go back. Parking easy. A bar with a pool table. Clean and warm. Not far to walk to the front. Looking forward to coming back.

Brilliant 3 day stay 4th April to 7th lovely room, beautiful breakfast and fabulous hosts, thanks to the hosts will definitely stay again and mention to family and friends 10mins walk to the town center and beach will defo stay again thanks dave and jenny Hull

So far our experience has been excellent very good hosts cannot fault anything with our room if you have a question they will answer it had a drink in the bar last night very nice pint so had to have another. And Steve our host was very friendly and chatted with us

Fabulous place to stay! Vicky and Steve made us feel very welcome on our 2 night stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our breakfast was excellent too.Easy access to the town and the seafront from the hotel. We highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Hotel was clean, well maintained and rooms were tastefully decorated, well equipped with an abundance of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. Check in was straightforward and welcoming and all staff were uber efficient, polite and helpful. The location was spot on! Just a short walk to the beach front and off you go. Breakfast was freshly prepared and served in a lovely dining room; juices, cereal and filter coffee followed by toast and a full English, plus pancakes and omelettes were also on offer.
We would definitely book again and highly recommend a stay here, you won’t be disappointed!
