Truly exceptional staff. Hotel is not too loud since it's off the main drag but you still have a gorgeous view! The staff was amazing, truly went above and beyond!

Hotel well located for visiting the center of the city.
The decoration of the room was very pretty.
No noise problem.
The personnel service depends on the person present at reception at the time. The daytime reception was very good, but the staff who took over at night did not seem very keen to help us.
Overall, it's a good hotel to stay overnight and visit the city.
