Phoenix Dayin Qianfu Homestay (Gucheng Branch)

My only review ever made. The owners themselves runs the establishment, they give their best to serve and guide you on your tour. The place is quite well furnished and can tell it’s done up not too long ago, well maintained too. Definitely worth trying!

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The hotel service, the location, the interior, the food. We arrived at the hotel and could immediately feel the zen. The little garden, the reception, the room, everything was calm and elegant. The location was fantastic too as it was close to the river centrally located within the city, yet far away from all the noise that comes at night from the karaoke bars and hustle of the tourists. And the service we received needs a special call out as the owner helped us carry our luggage up a secret path to the bridge and hailed a cab for us to the train station. We would come anytime again, thank you!

We booked 2 rooms. Wonderful homestay using the latest technology to offer guests a top notch service. Lighting, curtains and TV can be voice- activated. The owner drove us from the train station himself and got his people to love our bags into the establishment, about 200 metres into the old town from the carpark. We were so impressed with the rooms that we wanted to stay a second night. Even though it was quite late at night, he drove us back to the station to get our train tickets changed. This took us an hour but he patiently waited outside station for us. Also grateful to him for upgrading one room to a suite.

The hotel is very nice. Inside the scenic area and only few steps from the river. The staff were amazing, helping us to go to a place where to take a taxi and upgraded as we arrived before the check in time. The room was beautiful and the shower super relaxing. Breakfast was Chinese style and very good. I highly recommend.

The staff were provided world class service during our 1 day stay at Fenghuang. They picked us up from the taxi drop off and carried our luggage to the homestay. When we encountered a tricky situation with a local restaurant, the staff intervened and ensured everything was sorted out. We had an amazing experience here thanks to 吴小姐 and the rest of the staff. Would highly recommend!

The setting is elegant Japanese. The room is modern and clean. The toilet is amazing and filled with gadgets. The breakfast was delicious and displayed very artfully. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. To compensate for the location being off the main road, the staff actually lead me to the main road and help me hail a cab to the train station. My stay there was a wonderful experience. Definitely will not think twice to go back again.

Very personalized 24/7 services. Concierge is very detail oriented and always available. He helps to arrange all sightseeing and transfers. Totally worry free. We stayed at the courtyard room, great layout and generous size. Love the design and everything about the hotel!
