When we arrived we met the hosting lady how could not speak English and told us that her husband would come down and talk to us. He never did, not once during the stay. Got a very bad welcome and communication from the host in general. I tried to text him regarding the Wi-Fi , because there is very bad connection in the room, but never got a response. The breakfast was very limited and small in quantity. The location was good just by the waterfalls and beach. We did not see anyone when we had to leave for the airport and it was very unclear what to to with the keys so we just left them in the door.

Dopo mesi di organizzazione e in procinto di partire volo HORTA - FLORES cancellato quindi l'ultima tappa del viaggio modificata. Premetto che la cancellazione del volo per maltempo non è imputabile all'host, ma il comportamento è assai discutibile in quanto l'aeroporto di FLORES chiuso dal 16.08 non ha permesso ai precedenti ospiti di lasciare l'isola ed in particolare aver provveduto dopo i nostri messaggi a cancellare la prenotazione dalla piattaforma booking in quanto non ci siamo presentate ed il 18.08 inserire la disponibilità della camera dal 19.08 venduta lo stesso giorno, preciso che c è stato proposto di modificare le date ma abbiamo scritto che non potevamo accettare a causa del volo di rientro per l'ITALIA. La cancellazione dei voli per e da isola di Flores sono molteplici, quindi può accadere di non riuscire a partire o arrivare proprio per questo, sbagliando mi aspettavo una maggior collaborazione dalla struttura/host ma ha preferito guadagnare sul mancato pagamento della provvigione a booking e sulla rivendita della stanza GIA' PAGATA. Per fortuna che gli azorieni non sono tutti uguali e durante il viaggio abbiamo incontrato persone veramente gentili, disponibile ed soprattutto molto collaborative. Simona
