出門考試，遇到這樣的酒店真的令人作嘔，蟑螂在在房間爬，就問你怕不怕！！！換房間説滿房，退房還説自己在網上退儘量減少損失，你們酒店有問題還不想給人全額退。半夜三更還要自己另外找酒店住，奔波，影響心情考試，後續會繼續投訴整改，並要求賠償損失費，感謝攜程平台處理了，雖然協商失敗。防城港給人的印象都變差了。

因為家人住院這家離醫院近比較方便所以訂了這家，價格確實非常便宜，工作人員服務態度也特別好，但是衞生狀況堪憂。被子有黴味，房間裏n衹蚊子亂飛，最不能忍受的是竟然有衹超級大蟑螂在天花板上飛，飛，繞着飛，撲稜撲稜的，隨時準備降落的樣子，嚇死爹了！半夜換了房間，新換的房間裏也有超級大蟑螂屍體，但是半夜三更懶得再折騰了，讓服務員處理了一下將就了，不過幾乎一夜沒睡，怕睡著了大蟑螂降落在我身上……總之位置服務都不錯，希望商家注意下衞生，起碼除蟲搞一下，還是第一次住酒店遭遇房間裏飛蟑螂的。

很差，空調滴水滴了一晚上，豪華跟普通的也沒啥區別。廁所的窗户好像沒擦過一樣。能理解放假漲價，但不理解衞生環境如此之差。

整體比較乾淨，就是空調陳舊，不涼。
位置不錯，就在人民醫院斜對面，方便住院的家屬以及外地檢查不能及時返程的朋友住宿。
