Heng Rong Hotel

It's too bad. The hotel is not hygienic. There are yellow spots on the quilt and pillows. Outside the window is the exhaust fan of the hotel kitchen. It is very noisy starting before 6 o'clock in the morning.

The service attitude of the woman at the front desk was poor. She said we were ordering online and put on a bad face. The few times we stayed here before, the young man at the front desk greeted us. The service was very good and he was very talkative. But this time it was really annoying. Just a few words. If you order online, it's just like that. Are online orders inferior to others? The lights in the house I was arranged to stay in didn't work, and the toilet smelled weird. I won't stay here again in the future.

There is a parking lot, but the environment is a bit old and the rooms are very small. The bed is 1.5 meters, and the average hotel has a 1.8-meter bed. But the front desk saw our family with children and didn't tell us whether we need an extra bed. I didn't bother to tell the front desk and would stay for one night. The shampoo and shower gel bottles in the room did not indicate which bottle and which bottle.

這個酒店不是新酒店，有點年頭了，設備維護的還可以，乾淨舒服，床品軟，服務態度非常好！早餐不錯，品種多，想打麻將，最後給免費換了麻將房，下次到防城港還是會選擇這裏！

這個酒店印象最深的是早餐比較豐富，到店在房間還有送餐服務，本想點個外賣，看到房間內可以點餐，抱着試試的心裏，確實不錯，值得！

體驗感很棒，第一次來防城港，看了好幾家酒店，最後定這裏，旁邊就是仙人山、很安靜舒適！
