Location and price was good. Beds terrible, not a good sleep. Fridge didn't work, bathroom was tiny and lighting was bad

We stopped here on a long family road trip. For the price, this hotel was fantastic. the rooms were clean, and the included breakfast was good. If you're looking for a convenient place to stop for the night, this is a good choice.

One of dirtiest places we have ever stayed, the family that’s run this hotel is the cleaning staff, our room was very dirty, definitely some repairs needed all over the hotel, table that coffee pots were on was completely damaged on the top, most breakfast items both days were not available until they were asked for, pool was down first day wasn’t notify of that at time of booking, our boys had separate room there air did not work so front desk told them to open the window in their room. Won’t stay here again better option would be Hampton inn or Drury.

Will be returning this spring to Illinois and staying at this hotel again. I would recommend staying there if you’re looking for something quite & Comfortable. It’s close to restaurants, the Mall and the Highway!!

Our rooms were dirty. Hair on the beds and stains on the top sheet. One room still had other peoples trash left in it.

Came in for the weekend for an Event at The Dome. Was allowed to check in a little early since we were downtown all night. Solid hotel to get a shower, sleep, and it’s pretty clean. It’s close to a lot of places to eat/shop. Highway is very close to hotel so bring ear plugs if you don’t like road noise.

not very clean! No sense of urgency!
Breakfast bar was cold! Had to heat up my biscuits in the toaster for my biscuits and gravy!

I arrived at 8 PM and was assigned to my room, but when I got to the room, they were still cleaning it. After she was finished, there was still white flaky stuff on the carpet, and a dirty sock on the floor. When I called her back in She corrected it as quickly as she could
