At breakfast there were 13 children between 2 - 5 yrs old screaming/crying etc. Don’t expect a quite, peaceful or beautiful environment. This is out in the flat farming country with endless boring grape vines. The peacocks are on the tile roofs and all over the property with their poop. The “Ancient Barns” are just that as well at the Resturant is in barn stalls. We (booked 3 mons in advance) were assignment what has to be the worst room - PAGADEBIT. Just look at the photos - grossly over priced. Pool never opened. RESTAURANT: We booked Easter Sunday Lunch (Pasqua) expecting something special. Staff ignored serving us, we had to ask for our courses, NOT ONE dish was memorable - had better at trattorias. One of the most disappointing experiences in over 40 years of international travel. DON’T GO!!

My son had his wedding venue their in 2017 . Large outside area with pool a good indoor restaurant… Very pricey for the quantity of food .. Didn’t think much to the owner .Not very friendly as expected. It’s a agriturismo so it should be all their own products … But wasn’t.

I was in the pool about 2 weeks ago but only now, reading some responses to some customer reviews, I decided to do mine too. Location at the top, price not low but adequate for the place. We had booked two weeks in advance, swimming pool ok but no restaurant, already full, but with the possibility of eating at the kiosk. Let's get some toast. We discover that they are packaged, in the sense inside the plastic with the cheese and ham, autogrill style, indeed, a stuff like the rustichello from 10 to zero. 0.50 Messina beer not fresh, not just mine, we took it in 4. If a customer raises a criticism, he does it because maybe she can get a cue to improve instead I notice from her answers that her impetus stops there! For sure I will not go back and I am sorry because the place is really nice but poorly managed.

Beautiful place, a gem in the middle of the green but the entrance is expensive compared to the services offered. The seats in the restaurant do not correspond to the seats in the pool, or in any case they were not available, so we ate at the kiosk, unfortunately, with dry wraps and unheated toast. When asked for some chips to accompany the aperitif, we were made to weigh. We were then given what was requested. It is a shame that there is no attention to these things, given the really deserving place. Attention also to the swimming pool where children are allowed to use the balls without supervision.

Beautiful corner of relaxation, not far from Imola. There is a swimming pool equipped with a bar. Very rich breakfast and very welcoming and helpful staff. Highly recommended for those who want to disconnect from everyday life and relax.

They are lucky enough to manage a wonderful place surrounded by nature. Too bad we do not know how to do it !!!!!! The facility is truly beautiful. The breakfast and the meals in general good even if the portions are rather limited. It would have been a stay of 10 if it weren't for the rudeness of the staff. They ran after us for unexpected extras, they made mistakes by making us pay for their mistakes, grumpy in the answers and I'll stop here. Really pity! An extra attention to the relationship aspect and it would become excellent.
